Madison Wellman is a Business Opportunity Specialist with RCAP Solutions, the RCAP network’s Northeast affiliate. He coordinates the Open for Business Program at RCAP Solutions, providing small business training and technical assistance services to small businesses and entrepreneurs across the six states of New England in addition to New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Prior to joining the RCAP Network, Madison was a local government economic developer in Upstate New York where he managed both business and housing development projects. Later he served as the district staffer for grants, agricultural issues, and small business issues for U.S. House Rep. Antonio Delgado. Madison holds a bachelor's degree from Canisius College of Buffalo, NY in International Business and Economics.
