Julia McCusker is a Regional Vice President at CoBank that works with the bank’s rural water and wastewater customers. Along with her team, she oversees the Not for Profit and municipal relationships for CoBank’s Water Infrastructure Banking Group.

Ms. McCusker started her career at CoBank in 2000 and has worked in credit and relationship management roles in the Power Supply and Electric Distribution divisions before joining the Water team in 2012.

Ms. McCusker has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas and a Graduate School of Banking degree from the University of Colorado.
