Joe is a technical service provider with a background in asset management, condition assessment operations, and training development with RCAP in Ohio. For ten years he has assisted communities in completing GIS inventories, contingency plans, maintenance plans, and field inspections, in addition to the development of numerous asset management programs. Joe coordinates condition assessment projects for GLCAP. He is a certified Associate Water Asset Manager (AWAM) and holds NASSCO certification for PACP, MACP, and LACP pipeline assessment. Joe is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio, with a BA in Botany and a GIS Professional Certificate. He has also studied GeoDesign principles through Penn State.
