Jeff Oxenford is the Director of Training and Technical Services for the Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP). He has over 30 years of experience combining a strong technical background in water quality and treatment, with an extensive experience in training development and delivery. He has developed curriculum and provided training on a range of topics including regulations, distribution system water quality, water loss control, operator math and chemistry, and standard operating procedures. He has an M.S.E. in Environmental Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a B.A. in Chemistry and Environmental Management from Warren Wilson College.

Description: The purpose of the learning labs is to provide Technical Assistance Providers with the tools and practice necessary to plan and deliver the learning lab curriculums on lead and monitoring.
