Cindy Brookes is a Senior Rural Development Specialist who served as the Sandusky Watershed Coordinator for GLCAP, operating the largest watershed coalition in Ohio for over a decade. She transitioned into her current position in 2017, leading our RCAP region’s private well assessment program, administering Household Sewage Treatment Systems funding programs across five counties, and assisting other small communities with project development and funding. Before coming to GLCAP, she operated many family-owned businesses and worked as an Extension Educator for the Indian Lake Watershed Project. Cindy earned her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Education and Agronomy from The Ohio State University.
