“Good judgment comes from wisdom, wisdom comes from experience, and experience comes from poor judgment”. Whoever first said those words not knowingly was describing Bud Mason. He is the Regional RCAP Coordinator with GLCAP. Mason began his career pulling weeds around his hometown’s sewer lagoons and went on to become a certified Water and Wastewater Operator. Mason currently has over 40 years of experience working in, operating, managing, and providing technical assistance to systems throughout the Great Lakes RCAP Region.
