Blivion Xanouvong joined RCAC in October 2019. She assists the Senior Publications and Graphic Design Specialist in developing high-quality branded materials for the organization, including flyers, brochures, manuals, business cards, and specialty items. She supports the Communications team with social media content and publications, and the Events team with email marketing and workshop branding.

Before joining RCAC, Ms. Xanouvong was a graphic design intern at the University of California Davis where she designed print marketing materials for the Theatre and Dance Department. She also took on several freelance projects designing flyers, invitations, logos, illustrations, and animation for various clients.
